We’ll start with a chat about your fitness background, current activity level, lifestyle and any previous injuries or concerns. This helps me understand where you’re starting from and how I can best support you

 

Discussing Your Goals​

Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, improve mobility, or just feel better overall, we’ll dive into your short and long term fitness goals. I’ll also provide realistic expectations and timelines for achieving them

 

How My Training Works​

I’ll explain how the training will fit into your schedule, what types of workouts we can do (at home or outdoors) and the equipment we may use

I want you to feel confident and comfortable! You’ll have the chance to ask anything about my approach, pricing, session structure, or anything else on your mind
