I provide personalised at-home personal training and fitness coaching across Telford, Newport, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Much Wenlock, and the surrounding areas of Shropshire, helping people of all ages, abilities, and starting points improve their fitness, build strength, increase mobility, lose weight, and feel more confident.
