Hi, I'm Jordon, founder of Tailored Fit Personal Training.

I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and achievable for everyone—regardless of age, experience, or starting point.

Too often, people are made to feel that getting fit requires spending hours in the gym, following restrictive diets, or completely overhauling their lives. In reality, lasting results come from consistency, personalised guidance, and building habits that fit around your lifestyle.

That's why I created Tailored Fit.

My Story

Like many people working in the fitness industry, my passion for health and exercise started with my own journey.

Over the years, I've seen how exercise can transform far more than physical appearance. Regular movement improves energy, confidence, mental wellbeing, resilience, and quality of life.
